Guest guest
Glad to hear you are feeling better! Do you know of any Masuesses (sp)? If you know of any and trust their opinion, many times they know of good chiros, ask for references. Then match up the references to the ads you saw. And as a last resort, a good massage couldnt hurt LOL. Sylvia herbal remedies , " Caroline " <ladyguinevere@e...> wrote: > Mary, > > Yes...today I feel MUCH better. The pain is so that it doesn't hurt with every single movement. I now simply feel a bit of an ache. I have tried my best to not move too much...and I did a few great hot/cold hydrotherapies in the shower...and made an infusion of Arnica and Comfrey and added it to the body lotion that I make and have been rubbing it in my back every hour or so. I also add my all important stand by...Rescue Remedy to my lotion in hopes that it will help as well. I have been hot and colding 10 minutes at a time whenever I can sit still long enough to do it for an hour...so all of this really seems to be helping. > > I think by tomorrow...I should be much better! Thanks for asking. > > I will, though...be in search of a Chiro that I can use and who I will be pleased with. There are a few in the phone book that struck me just from their ads...so I want to at least talk to them and get some input on things before I go spend the money. > > I really appreciate all of the advice you guys have given...it has been incredible. I will be putting together some ingredients to have on hand should this happen again though...so I don't have to deal with it anymore!! > > Thanks again! > Caroline > - > Ostrowski > herbal remedies > Saturday, May 15, 2004 10:28 PM > Re: Herbal Remedies - Re: Convention/Survey/ CAROLINE > > > Caroline...Are you better?....Mary O > ----- Original > > > Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: > 1.
