I went to run a couple of quick errands last night and it started aching really bad, so i high-tailed it home Also, hubby trashes in his sleep and this AM, his foot came back and tapped the knee, right on the cap...YOW!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, the arnica really has been true to form and there is no sight of any bruising whatsoever! As soon as my tummy settles a bit, i am going to do a blast of TT and then a blast of Cayenne tincture. Those 2 tubes are things we always have on hand. Then i keep a bottle of Homepathic Arnica, Belladona and Camomile, in the house and littel tubes in my purse. I cant tell you how may potential vomit scenes i have eluded in the car by having the camomille with me!
