Actually Next week I will be on a trip which includes passing Dateland, Arizona so I will stop in and get some of their delicious dates & figs!

I will try this and adjust to suit our needs here...I can perfect it before the little guy gets here! I will use the total nutrition in place of the spirulina...it's in there though!

 

It's okay to share the book name as long as you did not write it! I would like to know!

 

The Incredible Hulk Smoothie is a great name and should clinch the deal on Layne trying it!!!
