Guest guest Posted May 12, 2004 Report Share Posted May 12, 2004 Well DH came home early last night and put a warm compress of Comfrey and Yarrow, then later he did a cold compress of the same. I took white willow for the pain. Today i have my foot elevated on bench to keep my knee up and used some arnica gel, it really hurts and i am using a cane to gimp around the house. I've been taking belladonna HPUS for the pain. and the cold towel (whcih was soaked in the tea) is in the freezer cooling. I have so much to do around here too, figures these things always happen when we can least afford them!
