Guest guest
Kids have a funny way of knowing which foods their bodies need to handle deficiencies when the RIGHT things are put in front of them . That's my 2 cents....Mary O You and Sylvia have already sparked new ideas in me for him! I really appreciate the help.. Yes, I am knowledgable in nutrition and all but my mind was going blank due to the fact that he's 3 and I really want to see that he eats and drinks healthy! LOL I think I must be nervous... I need a cup of tea, LOL God Bless, Jamie in Az
Guest guest
Jamie...Oh yes it will be interesting . I have a hunch you will win him over pretty quick having the loving heart that you have ! I'd go for Fruit Smoothies . And yummy Milk Shakes made with Almond milk of course . AND you will probably find a thing or two that he likes and wants to have exclusivly for awhile so I would let him have ALL he wants if it is a good healthy thing . Guest guest
Jamie, And hopefully after a couple of weeks, you can chnage not only his eating habits, but his palette! He may be a brocolli lover in disguise, but if no one ever got him to try it, how would he know. BY the way, Brocolli ='s " Baby Trees " LOL the boys loved baby trees and baby carrots with ranch. You can do ranch with the Almondaise and add some dill, chive, etc to get that ranchy taste. I bet he'll love the raw veggies. Finger food is what 3 & 4 yr olds are all about, they're still very tactile at this age. Guest guest
A lot of our dinners are fresh cut veggies and home made dips. I can't get from the kitchen to the table with brocolli on the plate before Travis invades it. He loves it! What an odd child!!! ;-) JohnSylvia <h10feet wrote: Jamie,And hopefully after a couple of weeks, you can chnage not only his eating habits, but his palette!
