Hi Liz...

Sylvia had a great idea about puree & strain fresh fruit.. You only use 1 kind of fruit on the 3 day juice fast so pick one that would be easy to puree & strain.

Ok guys, I'm doing a juice fast this weekend and was looking for

some tips.

Here's the deal. This eczema on my hands has got to go. I realy want

to do the cleanse but I'm having job issues at the moment and just

can't afford it. I don't have a juicer so what's the best grocery

store brand citrus juice to buy? I have over the last few months had

problems with constipation and the fast mentions that could be a

further problem. Anything I can do to alter it to not have to worry

as much about it.

IS there a local health or natural food store? you can get some

really good fresh juices there. Some HFS's even have fresh juice

squeezers where they do fresh OJ in the store.

as a last resort, i think Horizon Organics put out a line of Juices

in cartons like Milk, but i am not sure if these are from

Concentrate, or if this is really beneficial the way fresh juciing is.

One suggestion i have: If you have a blender, you can blend/puree

your fruit and strain as much of the fruit pulp out as possible, this

would be hands over better than anything that is frozen, or bottled.

Watermelon, Oranges or Strawberries would be the best, they yield the

most jucie even in that format, and the pulp should be easy enough to

strain out.
