Guest guest
Karen...Sounds like there is plenty of stress in your life !A child gone wild can be enough by itself to provide one with many a sleepless night not to mention disturbing days . Sounds like your diet is more than on the way to being ideal. Do you sprout your grains ? You have listened to Doc't tape right ? Are you in or approaching menopause ? We may have asked these questions already .
Guest guest
Hi:-) Yep,lol, it's a bit of stress..but she's been wild for about 5 years now.. I'm aging sooo fast,lol.. Well, I don't always sprout my wheat, triticale, soy and such.. but I do very frequently (that is when I'm organized enough:-). Every time I sprout anything, I end up snacking on them instead of making something.. I crave sprouts all the time, especially broccoli.:-) I emailed for the tape but haven't gotten it yet.:-) About the whole menopause thingy... I was told I was in perimenopause at 28..yikes..6 months after having a tubal ligation after my son was born. Well, I had surgery to try to reverse that when I was 34 (I'm 36 now) turns out they did an "ectomy" (removed the fimbrial ends of tubes) on me instead of a normal tubal and it's possible it really tweaked my hormones because it inhibited ovulation, if not halted.. (more than you ever wanted to know,lol..) I had reconstructive surgery on that and my fsh levels (follicle stim hormone) have stabilized to the point where I'm not considered technically permenopausal.. BUT , I am 36 and it wouldn't be unheard of at this point..:-/ This again thing is almost as bad as being a teenager..:-( Karen:-) Ostrowski [Odesign1]Wednesday, May 12, 2004 11:23 AMherbal remedies Subject: Re: Herbal Remedies - herbs for depression/ and location:-)/ KAREN Karen...Sounds like there is plenty of stress in your life !A child gonewild can be enough by itself to provide one with many a sleepless night notto mention disturbing days .Sounds like your diet is more than on the way to being ideal. Guest guest
Karen...Well now ,that sheds some light on some POSSIBLE sources of the depression. Double check on Doc's tape. If you are craving the sprouts I say your body is telling you something , listen to it . I think that you should get into the files and look up female Formula # 4 . Make that for yourself or get in touch with Doc and he can put you in touch with some alrady made up. We can get into this depression thing quite a bit more , but , for now I would start here.Sound good ?....Mary O
Guest guest
I can't wait to get the tape:-)) Yes, it's not just the sprouts but also any cruciferous veggies...oh and salty things.:-/ I've cut out eggs completely because when ever I'd eat them I'd feel exhausted and even more down.. weird. We have organic free range hens so I was surprised at that. Yep, I'm definitely going for the female Formula #4.. I was thinking about that earlier. I've been taking evening primrose , all out of vitex, and other things, but I know I haven't been hitting the real deal. Yes, sounds good.:-)) Thanks a bunch.:-) Karen Ostrowski [Odesign1]Wednesday, May 12, 2004 3:43 PMherbal remedies Subject: Re: Herbal Remedies - herbs for depression/ and location:-)/ KAREN Karen...Well now ,that sheds some light on some POSSIBLE sources of the depression.
