Guest guest
I think the nerve regeneration formula would be a good bet. The recipe is in the files but you can also get it from Doc Shillington. Guest guest
Bonnie and all: the nerve is the one which runs from the elbow to the hand, had an argument with a pickup 3 years ago, hit the tail gate with a bent rist, the rist wasn't broken unfortunately, otherwise it might have received better treatment, but since then I can not wear a watch on that hand, can't wear tight cuffs either, there seems to be some sort of deterioration as the arm has become very sensative to pressure, it's pretty much fully functional with limitations and I've nerve studies scheduled for July which from what I heard are not going to be pleasant, I use the left, injured hand a lot so surgery would be a major issue not to mention that it's just not something I want any part of, but at present the thought is that there's permanent damage up and coming if I don't do something soon. Keyboarding isn't a major issue but tug of war with the dog is an invite to hours of soreness. At present I have an elbow splint to rest the arm at night and keep things in the best possible position and now have a custion splint during the day which is fun because though it provides custioning for the elbow the elastic to hold it in place does put some pressure on the arm, but we'll see how things progress. I just thought I'd ask and see what people think. Tessa - " Bonnie Rogers " <bonnie <herbal remedies > Wednesday, May 12, 2004 11:04 AM Re: Herbal Remedies - Herbs for damaged nerve tissue? Guest guest
Tessa, along with my earlier suggestions, I would start taking msm and dmso both daily (msm 3 times a day and dmso once daily) Do the DMSO for a week or two Do the msm for a couple weeks then decrease to 2 times a day for a couple then once a day.
