Guest guest
That sounds about right. I get heart palpitations as well frequently, never counted but at least 4 per week. I don't know much about them, they can be scary for me. Pam , but every once in awhile I feel a couple thumps at the base of my left breast directly beneath and right under my ribs? Guest guest
I've done cleansing and diet change and I get them, I've noticed them more as I age/more frequently. I think it has to do w/ blood pressure being low. Anyone? Pam > Oh Girl you don't give yourself enough credit! Guest guest
Hi:-) I've had heart palps since I was about 22 . Had to have a halter monitor ,tests for mitrovalve prolapse , you name it.. nothing was found except really low blood pressure.:-/ I have gotten pretty good relief from Hawthorn berry and also never ever let yourself get dehydrated. That's my biggest oops on this. I will forget to drink (and eat) when I'm busy or stressed. Sometimes they still wake me up at night, sometimes with considerable pain these days, but I'm thinking that's more stress than anything else. The Hawthorn took them down from a couple of missed beats per minute to a couple of noticable palps per day..:-) Karen:-)

Guest guest
Hi Karen, You've already gotten good advice on this from others, including Doc, but I thought I'd throw in my $.02 worth here.... I used to have "funny heartbeats" every once in a while, sometimes even painful, but never enough that I went to a medico for a diagnosis. Anyway, since I did the total body cleanse - NOT A SINGLE ONE. My husband had the same thing too, and same positive result from the cleanse. I'm beginning to believe that this heartbeat thing is more common that I used to think. Some have it more serious than others. I think the cleanse is critical in addressing it not only for the overall health issue, but also because of body pH. From what I have read, I have come to the belief that an acid body pH will negatively effect the heart rhythm. Doing the cleanse with an all raw, organic fruits & veggies diet puts your body pH back where it needs to be - more on the alkaline side. Any sodas, sugar, dairy, cooked food, meat, lack of exercise, etc, all contribute to acid body pH. The cleanse can handle allergies too...
