Guest guest
I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for thickening skin. Janice Hi Janice! There is a new one on me, LOL... Are you taking total nutrition? It is a wonderful product for hair, nails, and skin...as well as general health. I am not sure if it will thicken the skin though... May I ask your age? I am not sure right off hand of a topical solution but will let you know if I can come up with something. God Bless, Jamie in Az

Guest guest
I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for thickening skin. The skin on my hands is very thin. I can just bump something and I get a cut and bleed. I am taking an HGH supplement... have been for about year. It has helped somewhat, but I was wondering if there is anything else I could try that may have better results. Thanks for any help. Guest guest
Hi I am new to the list and couldn't help but respond here. I am a cosmetologist who is outdated because I find the good old reliable stuff to be the best. The is a conditioner called cholesterol, you can get it at your local store in the shampoo isle usually. It is used for thickening hair but can help your epidermis become stronger too. It is a wonderful hand and body cream. I use it because my skin like yours gets cut from just about anything, I used to go to bed at night finding more cuts on me that I didn't know I had or couldn't remember what I did to get it. But I don't have this happen much anymore when I use the cholesterol. Debra

Debra How interesting.. I wonder what the ingredients are and if it is safe to be using on your skin that often. Thanks for sharing & God Bless, Jamie in Az
Guest guest
Dear Janice, Try MSM for immediate relief. You should be on a health building program though.
