Guest guest
John, I stand corrected, i was able to write the instructions down, i just had to copy them into word first and then copy the whole mess over here. Instructions on filtering your HR Mail to a folder. 1. Create an " herbal remedies " Folder by clicking on the " Folders [Add] " button just above your " Inbox " 2. To the left of your Mail screen there is a " Mail Options " Button, click on that. 3. The fourth Item down is " Filters " , click on that link 4. Click on the " add " Button 5. Under " filter Name " type in herbal remedies or HR or whatever you'd like to call it. 6. " If all of the following rules are true… " Go to Subject: Contains: herbal remedies * 7. Move Message to: herbal remedies 8. Click on " Add Filter " button *Messages that come from the Board have Herbal_Remdies in them, so this is really important for the " contains " statement. If you still have a problem, like I said try instant messaging me and I can try to walk you thru.
