Guest guest
Guido is A NUmber one correct - ORGANIC should be a priority. And there is a difference in varieties. There is one we have tried and it is called " Music " . The husk tends to be purple rather than your standard white or cream, but the cloves themmselves look no different. Medicinally however, WOW and taste was very full, more of that yummy garlic flavor with less of the bitterness. Some places i have been too actually tell you that the grlic is the " music " vareity, some dont. You can get seeds/plantlettes of Music i think from Seeds of Change. There are other varieties too but none that i am specifically familiar with. As far as different varieties of garlic, I have no idea which would be better, so I hope someone else answers that aspect of the question, cause I LOVE garlic!! > > John > > terrycalabrese <terrycalabrese@e...> wrote: > Is just any old garlic okay? > > Terrence > > > > Win a $20,000 Career Makeover at HotJobs
Guest guest
Sylvia, Thanks for the information on the Garlic. I did see those purplish garlics in the health food store when I was there and wasn't sure if I should take one of those or a white one since that is more familiar to me. I will try the other kind the next time I make my TT for sure!! Caroline And there is a difference in varieties. There is one we have tried and it is called "Music".
