Do you think this formula would help?

Caroline this would be the formula for you.... The huff n puff or lobelia tincture would be great for asthma.

Thanks again!

Have you made the necessary nutritional changes?

Also once you get through the TBC with nutritional changes you will find the asthma is already less of a problem and the lobelia will work much better.

Well I am an asthmatic and have managed to get off of all of my meds with the TT...adding Echinacea and Lobelia.

I have started taking Tae Kwon Do classes and am finding it leaves me on the verge and sometimes into having and asthma attack and I would like something that would help with this. Do you think this formula would help? I would, of course just use the Lobelia in this mixture instead of using it alone, of course, cause that is not one I want to have too much off...considering it is also known as puke weed...lol...but if the mixture would be better for me...I'm definitely willing to give it a shot. Any thoughts??

Jamie,

Thanks...the Lobelia on its own has been great for keeping my asthma in check and not having to take other meds but when I exercise...I find that I just am either so close to having an attack or I end up having a mild one...that I think I must need something more. So as soon as someone finds the huff and puff formula...I'll get right to making some!!

Thanks again!

Hi Rob,

Just so happens that I received Doc's newsletter on this formula, and he says:

"Lobelia and Mullein in a base of Apple Cider Vinegar and Alcohol." That's all he says.

Rob, it's the one in the "message" archives on quitting smoking. Actually, it has many other uses. You use equal parts of each herb.

I simply gave it a new name ;o)

1. Will help you to quit smoking = takes away the cravings.

2. Is an excellent aid to help you when you're exercising so you don't get short of breath.

3. Specific for Asthmatics.

4. Will help bring an Epileptic out of a fit, but so will straight Lobelia.

5. Helps to expectorate phlegm if you have congestion.

6. Etc. Etc. Etc. = anything having to do with the lungs.

Love,
