Guest guest
I did get it, but i havent had a chance to run it yet. I have started to twice and got distracted/pulled onto other stuff. Shelly from Essential Eating recommended the Ronco one when i told her i was looking and said she tried several before finding that this one was the best and easiest to clean. Supposed to do my chocolate recipe too! I will try to make it a point to do both over the weekend. Sorry, things have been a bit crazy here. Guest guest
Yes, I remember you saying that the Ronco pasta machine was the recommended one. That's why I'm so interested in hearing about your experiments!! I was "diagnosed" with gluten-intolerance in July 2000, so it's been a LONG time since I've wrapped spaghetti around a fork and slurped! I can't wait! :)Kelli Sylvia [h10feet] Thursday, May 06, 2004 12:30 PMherbal remedies Subject: Re: Herbal Remedies - Pasta MakerShelly from Essential Eating recommended the Ronco one
Guest guest
Pasta maker... I DID, I DID at last. It was very easy to put together. Instructions were very easy to follow and i got everything all measured out and ready. Everything mixed just like the book. When extruding, my dough seemed a bit dry or didnt not come out so easily though even though it was a small meal acording ot the instructions. I was able to get pasta out, Used the Spaghetti die and then when i cooked it, the book says cook for about 1 minute, but i found with the sprouted grain you must need more time, and tried, 3 minutes, then another batch at 4minutes and then finally 5minutes. I think next time i will start at 6minutes and see what happens. The pasta tasted great (yup i ate some) just wasnt a soft as we are used to. Al dente is one thing, but this was downright firm LOL. I'm going to try again on Sunday. Sylvia herbal remedies , " Kelli Bever " <kelli@c...> wrote: > Hi Sylvia, > > > Glad things are calm for you today! Guest guest
Ah, wonderful! Keep experimenting and let me know what works best. I'd like to have the "formula" by the time my machine arrives.
