You could do a 3 day juice fast to get you started healing and start slowly purchasing what you need for the cleanse.

Yep, Stress is a major trigger, but you are right in understanding

that it goes deeper.

 

There is info in the files regarding the Total Body cleanse, this is

a master cleanse that you will find will not only address the issue

of the eczema, but everything else under the sun!

 

I have not had a flare-up in months, and i know it is due to the

cleanse i did in January. This is but one issue the cleanse resolved

for me. you really want to consider doing it if you can.

wondered how much it would cost to go out and buy all the ingredients.(not

including the actual meals) for the cleanse. Obviously prices will range by

region but are the things on the list in general pretty affordable? I’d really

be excited to do the cleanse.

There is a list of things you need to but to do the cleanse (all 24+

days of it) in the files. If you get this list and start pricing

things out, that might help you get an idea.

 

Some people need supplements along with the cleanse, and this is a

totally individual thing, that Doc can help you with once you have

listened to the tape and then called for your 1/2 consult.

 

Hubby and i found that we ate less other stuff that we ate on a

normal basis so it was a trade off - cleanse food/stuff for normal

every day stuff.
