health food stores and some grocers carry it...look in the ice box section.

Yes, you can also find it on line pretty easy. As to the two different oils, I'd use the flax seed for now. Where in Florida and what school are you graduating from? Just curious as I wanted to know about how long it takes and other stuff like that.
