Liz,

I've had a lot of success with eczema using a combination of red clover infusion, chickweed and burdock tinctures. The red clover infusion I make with 2 handfuls of red clover to 1 quart of boiling water, steep covered overnight, strain and then store in the refrigerator as red clover is a high protein herb and can ferment easily. I'd drink 2-4 cups per day. With the tinctures, I'd use 2 droppers 3X/day.

Let me know if you have any questions.

You use the tinctures internally right? And are you using

them separately or making a chickweed and burdock tincture together? I was

planning on getting some burdock to make some tea this weekend.

Yes, i like to work with eczema internally as that is where it is stemming from. you can use some calundula or comfrey salve externally, but working internally seems to do the trick. You can mix the two tinctures together, but still follow the same dosages. depending on your weight you may need to go to a higher dosage. I'd use this dosage for a 125 person. Bonnie Rogers
