Jamie...I was thinking "boy that Jamie is WONDER WOMAN " doing all that on the cleanse! Glad the rough stuff is over . Thank You for the congrats . He was ready to get out of the reserve when he was called up for active duty.He is such a sweetie and we are all glad he is home safe.By the way it is the Army Reserves he is in NOT National Guard . I never get the Military stuff right ! LOL...Mary O

Oh Mary That is just Wonderful! I am so happy for your family he is safe.

Today was the last day for now anyway for the 12 hours days... I am so happy and exhausted. Never try this on purpose during a cleanse, LOL I didn't know it was coming!

All is well now I can get some sleep tonight!
