Dear John,

It seems as if you've covered everything including the "chewing out" (took away my favorite part ).

The only other things I might suggest are the Deep Tissue Repair Oil and the BF & C. You might want to add a little extra DMSO to the DTR.

Love,

Doc

Herbal Remedies - I sure ain't no kid no more

Okay, I did a dumb thing. We had some friends of Travis over yesterday for a BBQ (yes, I splurged on my diet, and will most likely pay for it later), along with thier father, of course. Beautiful day, sun shining, no wind. The three boys were out on the trampoline having such fun, we "grown ups" were sitting nearby, keeping an eye on them so they don't hurt themselves. (The suspense builds, music in the background, "what did he do???). Yes, I forgot I was no longer young, and got on the trampoline. I did my signature flip, cool, no problems. Then I jumped to the ground. So far so good. Until I landed. Yup, I blew out my knee. I can hardly walk now, but can't afford an emergency room visit or to miss any work. So I will be doing hot/cold therapy today, and whining like a big baby (that's my favourite part!). I'm also considering putting some cayenne salve on it, to keep the blood flowing to the effected area as well. Any other suggestions, other than "John, grow up, you ain't no kid no more"?

Yeah, it still hurts like a booger, and pops and brings me to the ground on occassion. I'll be emailing you privately, soon I hope, about the DTR.
