Hi...First off, my name is Donna. I am in my 40's. I am happily

married, have kids...etc....blah, blah...lol...I am seeking some

assistance for my sanity...

I have been on so many antidepresants as they keep trying to find

the " right " combination for me...and all they seem to do is mess me

up even more.

I was 24 and diagnosed with Menier's Disease and became very

depressed....that is where it all started....ugh...

I feel ok now....not sick anyway...just mentally going thru hell all

the time.

Anyway.....since then...I have been on one medicine or another

(Prozac, paxil, wellbutrin....etc....) I don't even remember who I

am anymore. I even wonder some days if my marriage of 10 years was

really for love or drug induced....lol.....I have been diagnosed as

having severe depression, bipolar, compulsive disorder..

Basically, I just think too much and get very confused. And moody.

Now, to top it all off....I have lost my sex drive. My poor husband

is getting very unhappy. I just dont care at times....and many days

just want to run away from it all and be left alone with my mental

struggles.

Now....this is where you all come in....lol.....is there any way I

could treat myself with natural herbs? Does anyone have any expert

knowledge of this here? I do not trust the Doctors anymore with my

sanity. They are just to quick to say...here take these...and don't

seem to care about the outcome.

What I would like is something to help the following areas:

*more energy-yet peacefulness of mind

*better mental awareness/focusing

*overall health (esp. joints)

*sexual enhancement

Basically that covers it I think.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am getting desparate.

I want to be happy. I am so tired of fighting these horrible moods.

I have everything to be thankful for-yet my internal battles won't

allow me to do so.

I will check the emails later.

Thanks

Donna

Hi Donna, I'm John. I'm 42, married for 5 years, together for almost 8, have a wonderful 6 year old son Travis, and three step kids older and out of the house. Welcome to the list! You have come to the right place. I personally do not know what advice to give you, but I feel confident that during your time here, your questions will definitely be addressed very concisely.

It is good to meet you!!

Hang in there Donna...

I know you have already received great advice from others so I won't repeat it!

Get Doc's tape..it's free.

You will get through this, okay?!

Hi Donna,

Welcome!!

Others have already recommended the tape and contacting Doc for your free consult. That is a MUST DO! :)

I would also recommend taking the first basic steps to health in terms of diet and exercise - as already mentioned, no sugar, soda, etc. Also, do more raw fruits and veggies (organic if possible), less or no red meat. Limit or exclude the grain products (pasta, breads) unless they're sprouted (Ezekiel brand, for example). Drink lots of distilled water. I would also recommend starting on the Total Nutrition (recipe in the files) as this will give you the vitamins and minerals your body desperately needs. The medications you are on will actually strip your body of vitamins and minerals, only making the situation worse. Exercise daily - go for a run or walk or bike ride. Do something to get out and look around and move the body vigorously for 30 minutes each day.

With determination you can make this the start of a complete turnaround in your life. This group is definitely behind you!!

Best,

Kelli
