One last question for someone out there.

The recipe directions mentions take before/after lunch/dinner. What

if I'm not one of those ? Can I consider/replace TN drinks?

Mary it should be taken for at least 6 days. 5 times each day it

says to take 1 heaping tsp. or 8 vegi caps =40 vegi caps per day.

And BTW I filled 200 size 00 caps and I will tell you that 8 of

those is more like 1 heaping TABLESPOON (not tsp as recipe says).

filled the vegi caps w/ some for convenience sake/work but I just

don't want to take too much, or should I decrease to 6 - 00caps to

compensate for there size. I took a heap tsp earlier and will play

it by ear/gutt I guess. I'm not sure what to expect w/ this stuff

(on the toilet all day ???). I did get probably enough bulk powder

mixed for 3 complete cleanses, about 3 cups or soooo. Should I keep

the bulk in the fridge???

I think she has plenty of bowel movements and has no need for #1 yet. I don't fully recall either why I told her.
