I work three jobs, average 11 hours a day, 6 days a week! Take care of yourself! Take time to relax and centre yourself. Whatever is true, whatever is good, think of (meditate on) these things. John Thanks John... I have always worked hard with extended hours but this is a bit much right now for me! Especially with the cleanse! Thanks for the tips!! You hang in there too. My primary job, the one that I get the most hours from, is as Office Manager for a real estate company. I have a staff of 5, including myself. I also work as a Legal Assistant, certified. And in my spare time (????) I do "handyman" work for my landlord, working on his rental units, painting, plumbing, stuff like that. John Good for you John! It's is good to see people knowledgeable is many areas! I know myself I always like to learn new things and I hate that helpless feeling when I am unsure of what to do in any area.. Guest guest
Thanks again, Jamie!! I love working, and working hard. Sometimes I wish I had a more physical job. I feel so sedentary some times. I spend most of my day at a desk. Of course, I still have my evening workouts to keep me in shape, and I juggle for at least a half hour a night. GREAT upper body workout!! Guest guest
Very interesting. I’m always suggesting to my patients to find some physical activity that they enjoy for exercise. That way they’ll stay with it. This juggling sounds like a winner. How, where, what did you use to learn it??? This is something I’d be interested in myself J I find my upper body work outs (Pilates machine and free weights) such a bore! Guest guest
Well I just went out in my back yard and started pulling all of the rocks out of the area where I want to plant my vegetables...spent an hour and a half and can feel my arms throbbing already!! lol This was only about 1/8 of the house...I still have the rest I want to get the rocks out...they are those landscaping rocks...and want to put flowers and herbs on the sides and in the front...and my vegetables in the back so that the whole neighborhood doesn't feel they can freely take what they want...lol...I'll gladly share my extras...but would like to be able to make the choice todo so on my own! lol Caroline - DrCrandall herbal remedies Saturday, May 01, 2004 11:56 AM RE: Herbal Remedies - John - Work Very interesting.
