There was just a great episode on " Just Eats " where the guys saves any parts from chicken after he cuts the meat off, freezes them till he is ready and then makes stock from them. But i would only use organic. I usually keep an eye out for sales on Organic thighs or legs and then buy a bulk package for making stock.
