Guest guest
I am looking at the apple pectin I bought for the intestinal cleanse #2. The brand is called: Pamona's Universal Pectin,(jells with any amount of an sweetener) it says on the box. I am confused because there is a seperate packet (box contains a separate packet of monocalcium phosphate used to activate the pectin) Do I need to mix this in w/ the rest of the pectin/ingredients? Guest guest
The list of ingredients on this brand of pectin lists: low methoxyl citrus pectin and monocalcium phospahte (packet separately-assists get). No sugar or preservatives. Is this the right stuff, the herb shops didn't have any.
