Guest guest
i don't think alcohol will freeze too well, but it will keep for several years in the vodka..did you use vinegar or vodka or just use a vodka bottle to put it in? . Just the other day, pressed my last TT and have the mash dried and ground to a powder and will use the powder **very** sparingly on some of my meals/vegetables. Man! it is more potent than the tincture!!! love..granny lee - pam herbal remedies Thursday, April 29, 2004 7:29 PM Herbal Remedies - total tonic Hey, I just strained my total tonic and I have over 1/5th a vodka bottle full !!!!!! Guest guest
We've never really had to worry about how long it lasts, because ours is always gone so soon!! We put in on/in just about everything. Makes a great salad dressing with a little olive oil. Add to tomato juice for a great morning drink. And it also is great for wounds etc, for fighting infection. We put it on cuts, scrapes, etc. I even use it on my earrings before I put them in to keep them from getting infected (yes, I am a man that has both ears pierced and wears posts). Total Tonic is really amazing stuff!! Johnpam <peetee1965 wrote: Hey, I just strained my total tonic and I have over 1/5th a vodka bottle full !!!!!! Can I freeze some of this ??? Guest guest
You put it on cuts and Scrapes? Interesting and must burn like the dickens... LOL but it reminded me of something funny. In " my Big Fat Greek Wedding " the father uses Windex on everything like it is a " wonder drug " and i can just picture John walking around his homestead spraying his family down with TT in a windex bottle. hehehe Sylvia herbal remedies , John Ybarra <deuteronomy2929> wrote: > We've never really had to worry about how long it lasts, because ours is always gone so soon!! I've found that compiling a list of all the local sources (and not so local), a walnut tree (which I have never used) Have there info on hand/phone numbers and call around. Geesh it took me 2 herb stores, one health food store and New Seasons Market and a few days and lots of running around time to get everything together for Intestinal cleanse #2 ! Next time I am goingto call around first then go get it !! Guest guest
Now THAT'S a good idea!! But yes, we put it on anything that is or could be an infection. And it generally doesn't burn. Heck, I use cayenne powder to stop bleeding and it doesn't burn. JohnSylvia <h10feet wrote: You put it on cuts and Scrapes? Interesting and must burn like the dickens...
