Guest guest
I take it there is some confusion here ? HMMMMMM ???? I've never done it myself. My mom (our family salmon fished together years ago when I was a kid). Mom would take the salmon filets and submerge them in a container of water so it looks like a salmon ice cube. She used milk cartons/paper type. She cut them in half length wise (i'm sure there is other containers to use)than she would lay a salmon portion in the water and put them in the chest freezer. Our neighbor who cought alot of crab would submerge it in milk and freeze it.
