Guest guest
Pam....Well you need about 9 oz of Int Cleanse # 2. You can contact Doc and he can put you in touch with some already made up OR to make yourself it is easiest to go to the store with a little shot glass or something about that size and where the recipe calls for 2 parts you get 2 scoops , etc . If you need to order it then it will have to be by the ounce . This can get a little trickier since not every ingredient weighs the same so you may end up with a bit more of something but I think you can muddle through . I bet that someone on this list has already figured out how to do small amounts and will add to this later. Hope this helps for now...Mary O > >
Guest guest
Thanx Mary, I want to go to the herb store today and your the only one that has responded to me. I just don't want to have any left over, that is like waste to me ya know. I hate to waste, so I end up consuming. I know there are 16 Tbsp. in a cup and 2-3 tsp per Tbsp. depending on if your going by European tsp. measurements. So that would be 48 tsp per 1cup/volume. OH BoYYYY. Guest guest
Pam..Don't worry about waste with this Formula . It is a very important part of an Herbal First Aid Kit.You can make a paste out of it and smooth over on incect bite and it draws out poisons for one thing. Keep some around the house !..Mary - " pam " <peetee1965 <herbal remedies > Wednesday, April 28, 2004 9:05 AM Herbal Remedies - Re: intestinal cleanse #2/ PAM > Thanx Mary, > I want to go to the herb store today and your the only one that has > responded to me. Guest guest
Another question. I got all the ingredients, and I have two questions: Do I measure the flax seed prior to grinding or measure after grinding and is golden flax seed o.k.? I couldn't find the willow charcoal so I got just a charcoal(natural 100% pure activated by Country Life), can I get by w that this time? it says GMP/NNfA (whatever that means) 7 dollars for 40 260mg (4gr) caps Pam herbal remedies , " Ostrowski " <Odesign1@e...> wrote: > Pam....Well you need about 9 oz of Int Cleanse # 2. Guest guest
I always measure before grinding. Do not grind on and on forever. You just want to make sure everything is busted up pretty good. Coffee grinders are best. I have no clue whether the regular charcoal is OK.
