Hey guys, this is a two parter...I did the TT douche as per the dilutions that were given, and I have applied castor oil packs and hot water compresses, and my period has finally started. I have an underactive thyroid, and I am hoping for something to increase the activity. I know, I must do a total cleanse, but I am making all my tinctures and saving up for everything that i need. In the meantime however, is there something that i can do to make my thyroid function more normally? Thanks everyone!Christie

Great Christie!!!

How many days, times etc.. What was your schedule of treatment. Also which ratio did you use for the tt douche... a few were posted. How did you like the tt douche? This is a hot topic right now! Give us your input !!

Mary was right on to get that cleanse done and to take the total nutrition daily!

FOOD - change your diet ASAP.

Organics for everything (or as much as you possibly can if money is

an issue)

Cut out or cut back on meat, and if you continue to eat it, IT MUST

BE ORGANIC.

Cut out or cut back on dairy. Super important.

Cut out or cut back on processed sugar foods, this includes white or

other refined sugars.

Cut out or cut back on caffiene!!!!!!!!

Eat as many raw or vegan meals as possible throughout your week. The

more raw meals the better.

Supplements

If you can afford one thing right away, i would say get Total

Nutrition and start this every morning with fresh juice. If you

cant, then

Kelp, Blue green Algae, spirulina and Chlorella supplements daily.

(although it would then be less expensive to just buy a bag of Total

nutrition.

Coconut oil - use it for everything especially raw in salad dressings

or in smoothies.

Exercise and rest!

I am a vegan, so the meat and dairy are not an issue. I don't eat

processed foods, try to buy as much organic as I can afford. I will

go look for the TN once I get my pay check on Thursday :) It is not

so nice being broke, the choices between rent and bills and health.

Anyway, I prepared the douche like this: : 2 tsp TT in 1 quart of

warm water . 2 tsp in 3 cups warm water , 2 tsp in 2 cups warm

water , then finally 2 tsp in 1cup water, as per Mary. I took it

after my evening bath for 2 days. It did not irritate me at all. I

have never experienced a douche before, so it was an interesting

process. I am happy with the results. My family has a history of

cervical cancer, 3 of my aunts and my grandma had it when they were

my age, so I am always looking for a preventitive measure.

Lots of sunshine

Hi Christie,

Sounds like your doing the best you can with the money you have and that your on the right track. We all are short on funds sometimes so don't feel bad about that. Just continue to do what you can to better your health.

It is a good idea to know ahead of time how to attack a problem but it is so important to know how to prevent one. Your a smart lady!
