Zeb he NEVER had to take IC # 1 because of the loose bowel problem! That is why I was curious if maybe there was a parasite problem or something else. He is day # 3 into the liver portion of the cleanse and just keeps taking more IC # 2 with little relief of the loose bowels... He is taking like 1 tablespoon six - seven times per day, 1 teaspoon six times per day is the norm on the cleanse.
