Guest guest
WOW! What a difference. I finally found the real thing. I have purchased wheat bread and wheat pasta in the past, but it never tasted like this and it only contained 1g of fiber or less. I purchased Brownberry 100% light wheat bread with 5g of fiber and you can really see and taste the difference. I also purchased some Annie's organic whole wheat pasta, I have not tried it yet, but if it's anything like the bread - WOW! My only question is how can other companies claim their product is whole wheat or multigrain if it only has 1g of fiber? How does the FDA let them get away with that and why? Oh, I love their 12 grain bread. Yummy! I doubt they are sprouted. I don't know about their light wheat bread but, the 12 grain has corn syrup and molasses in it. I'd love to find a replacement or recipe any suggestions? Mollie

Guest guest
what you really ought to try is buying wheat berries and milling them yourself, and then baking bread. it is even better than buying that kind of bread, and loaded with even more fiber.
