Guest guest
I have to say when I used products containing Aspartame in the past, within a couple of hours I would have a severe case of canker sores in my mouth. My brother and sister too had the same reactions from these products. One was lemonade and one was iced tea. This was about 15 years ago and when we stopped using them entirely, we never developed canker sores from eating or drinking something again. As far as the other post on cold sores, I know from personal experience that when I was eating alot of processed peanuts or the combination of peanuts and chocolate and I loved that candy too, I usually broke out with the cold sores on my lips. nasty little buggers. Haven't had one in a long time but now I know that there are great remedies if I do. Thanks!
Guest guest
Thanks. Yes, nuts that have not been sprouted always gave me cankers. Good point... I had forgotten about that. Whenever I ate hard candies I never cared what was in them so there could have been aspartame in them as well. Boy I'm opening my eyes.
