Guest guest
Hello everyone, usually I am just a lurker but I am having a problem so I am posting. Which, I guess what the list is for, right? Anyway, I have not menstruated for two months. I am 100% not pregnant, just not menstruating. My period has been irregular since I got my period when I was 11, I am now almost 23. I was on Depo Provera for a while, which stopped my menstruation for about a year because of the hormones. Scary stuff, eh? I stopped that a few years ago. I am looking for a formula that will stimulate menstruation. The second part of my question is what is a natural form of birth control? What has everyone had success with? I have been looking into IUD's, what is the concensus on this? Please help, I do not want to have a baby right now, but I also don't want to be taking hormones. I hope that is clear, I was thinking and typing at the same time! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks; Christie " Clean your fingers before you point at my spots "

The female formula should get you right back on track! Also as Zeb was saying diet and cleansing is very important... More info on this in the files as well. Look them over and get back to us if you have questions... Also Doc's free tapr lecture is a must, it explains so much! Guest guest
The better birth control is a condom. That way your not too inconvenienced. Your man will have to understand, believe me it's the best way to go. Clean, easy to clean up for him and easy to procure. Something you don't have to get a prescription for and that you don't have to buy, he does. About the menstruation, my wife had a similar problem and it goes back to what this list is always coming back to. 1. Diet 2. Cleanses to clean up our previous way of life and general maintenance for our everyday environments. Get a tape, change your life. Guest guest
Thanks for the input guys. So I am a vegan, I eat only organic, and I even grow a lot of my food. I have studied herbology a bit, and I plan to get my R.H. in the next two years and then my ND after that. Yes, you are right, I should do a cleanse for sure. I have been reading about everyone's experiences, and I my boyfriend and I are planning to do a cleanse starting May 1. We just moved on April 1, so we wanted to wait until we were a bit settled first. Sooo.... I am sure the stress of moving and everything is a contribution, but I am feeling crampy and don't like feeling like this! What about black cohosh? Or Pennyroyal? Any other suggestions? I appreciate the help. This list is great, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I have been a member for a few years, and it has definitly influenced my decision to become a natural healer. Okay! Cheers, and have a great day Christie
