Guest guest Posted April 21, 2004 Report Share Posted April 21, 2004 Yep Parchment paper - you can get it at any good cooking supply or places like Bed, Bath & Beyond. It's brown and only slightly waxy or slick on one side, the stuff that you sometimes see professional cooks using. We needed to switch to something for covering baked stuff since we dont use Aluminum foil anymore. I like it because it does not impart that waxy smell to stuff too like wax paper does.
