A friend of mine is hooked on sodas, but is diabetic. He switched to sodas with nutrisweet. I told him about aspartame, forwarded him articles and studies. He still says basically that if it was that bad, it wouldn't be sold. I got frustrated with him once and told him that he alone is responsible for his health, and if he wants to live with his head in the sand and continue to put his life at risk, there was not much I could do for him, that when he was ready to think about being healthy, let me know. John Well John at least you did your best. Granny gave you good advice, maybe a stranger can help him understand.. The third said that though there was "debatable evidence" on the health risks of it, that it was better than eating sugar. Go figure. John Glad you called them though! Maybe they really just have no idea... maybe they don't care... maybe they are not allowed to speak the truth?? Thanks for trying John...
