Those herbs include: alfalfa, angelica, ephedra, lobelia, ginkgo, goldenseal, nettles, and osha. I combine 1 tsp of each except for the ephedra and goldenseal in which i combine 1/4 tsp of each. These are probably not the ideal and most effective measurements so im looking for some suggestions. Please let me know. What have you been doing...teas? tincture?? Are you new to the list? Did you choose so many for a particular reason? What is your diet like? We can help with more info first! Welcome if your new, I don't recognize your email addy! I am new to this group. The amount of information i received in regards to benefiting hay fever led me to choose those herbs. My diet is 100% vegan, 95% organic, and 75% raw. I hope this is enough information. Sounds like your diet is good! That's half the battle. How long have you been on this way of eating? Have you ever done a total body cleanse? All the formulas are in the files and the directions to get it done. Most people get rid of their allergies or reduce them greatly by doing the cleanse. Do you have any other health issues? You sound pretty healthy all in all.. Welcome & God Bless, Jamie in Az
