Guest guest
I have questions regarding some of the ingredients for the Total Nutrition...I am the kind of person who always tries to think of ways to do things myself and these are some questions I want to know: 1. Lemon and Orange Peel - Can I simply dehydrage the peel and then powder it so that I have this ingredient? Is there anything else special about this? 2. Beet Root Powder - The same for this one. Can I simply dehydrate beet roots and then powder it? I have a dehydrator as well as food processor or mortar and pestle...whichever it would need to be made into a powdered form. 3. Wheat Grass Powder - The same for this one. I have a wonderful source for Wheat Grass and could simply dry some and then powder it. Right? 4. Spinach Leaf Powder - This is the same situation... 5. I have found some Barley Grass...but it is in dried form. Can I simply grind it into a powder? 6. Rosehips Powder - The same with this. I have found some dried, but it is whole. Can I simply grind it? 7. Dulse - I can find the Dulse in sheets, but not in powder. Can I simply make it into a powder? 8. Nutritional Yeast - I can find the flakes with no problem. I did find the powder but he had it in a pre packaged bottle and that made me a bit uncomfortable. Can I simply get some Nutritional Yeast Flakes and make it into a powder to use this? I think that is all I have for now, but I guess that is plenty huh? lol Please let me know if my thinking is just totally off on this. These things make complete sense to me and would like it if someone could tell me whether I am right on or totally off. Thanks so much!
