The calcium addition has to be done after the TT formula is made and strained - then a whole egg placed in the total tonic and left for about a day or two... then take out carefully the egg.

Just instead of putting the whole fresh organic eggs in lemon juice you place them in your TT and then remove the egg / membrane carefully and the calcium if left in the TT...
