Guest guest
Tyrie, Sometimes, you just need to give the eggs a rest, and break from them for a while. Not a big thing - just your body telling you, you've had enough for now. I sometimes go a month with out an egg in my Dragon Snot, and then I'll add one in or two if I'm doing any weight lifting. I have been drinking total nutrition for a couple years now without anyproblems. A year ago I began adding raw eggs and Udo's oil. I always useorganic eggs in my drink.Curently, I make up my total nutrition with 3/4 c water and 1/4 c applejuice. No banana.A couple weeks ago, I began having a stomach ache (cramps and queasy) aftermy morning drink. Experimenting with the ingredients, I determined that theeggs were the problem. Now I'm scared to add them back in.Could I just have a bad batch? Does anyone know what might cause this? Icooked some of those eggs and ate them fine.Taking a glass of water with a teaspoon of charcoal helped the stomachcramps.Tyrie
