Guest guest
Hi Caroline, You can find the whole ingredient list under this link: http://health.herbal remedies From there click on "Doc Ian Shillington ND" and then scroll down to "Total Nutrition Formula". I'll let someone more knowledgeable than I answer the rest of your questions. :)Kelli Caroline [ladyguinevere] Thursday, April 08, 2004 2:56 PMherbal remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - ingredientsOkay I am having a very difficult time finding the ingredients for the Total Nutrition Formula anywhere around here. Guest guest
Someone gave me the link for herbalcom.com - that's where I got my ingredients. The one things I substituted (not sure what difference it really makes) is the Purpose Dulse - I used the Maine variety. The prices are great. Most herbs come in 1 pound quantities. I made up a batch using 1 cup increments (forgot that yeast calls for 5 parts) and I think it's going to last a couple of months or more. I have plenty of product left. I just started it last week. herbal remedies , " Lori " <tootstl> wrote: > > > Hello all, > > Myself and a few other newbies are having a time trying to find > reputable suppliers for some of the ingredients to make the Total > Nutrition formula.
