It happens every month around ovulation but this month seems a little off, however I have read that some people ovulate more than once a month or I am just ovulating a little late this month. My back is in excruciating pain. I saw the chiro yesterday who told me that it could be a disk problem ,becuase sharp movements like coughing or sneezing sometimes send sharp pppains in to my back and down my leg. I am really wanting some painkillers, but haven't taken anything of the such in quite some time. Does anyone have suggestions? I am going back to the chir o on Wed for another adjustment but this pain is almost unbearable. I can hardly move and when I do I move SOOOOOOOOOO slow. Elizabeth Hi Elizabeth! Here are a few things you could choose from to help you. 1. Deep tissue repair oil 2. Castor oil packs on the area 3. Hot and cold hydrotherapy (showers) 4. Active isolated stretches: The Mattes method (I have done these) ISBN# 0-9656396-2-2 I believe I paid 15.00 for the book, it has photos and instructions for which stretch to do for what problem area. It actually improved my shoulder problem after months of horrible pain and improved my flexability lots. I don't make any money off the book, it is just cheaper for you to get the book than seek out a therapist for 75.00 a visit to get this done like I did for 8 visits. 5. Bone Flesh Cartlidge Tincture Hope you feel better soon. Have you ever done the total body cleanse? You may also have kidney issues or adrenal glands plugged up. If you haven't get on the program or at least do the 3 day juice fast as described under Dr. Christopher in the files. Guest guest
I've heard that since the intestines come within an inch of every major organ other than the brain if it swells it can cause spine pain, and pain just about anywhere else. Just about every problem starts with the colon....have you done a cleanse? Guest guest
I was thinking the same thing when I read Elizabeth's post. With the female things going on down there, if the colon is packed also, where is everything going to go? Elizabeth, what do you think? Are you regular? Have you done a bowel cleanse recently? If not, how about starting a 3 day juice fast? Guest guest
Hi Elizabeth, I truly think the total body cleanse is going to help you tremendously. The various symptoms you mention really make me think of bowel cleanse and liver/gallbladder cleanse. The cleanse is going to remove a lot of the pressure in your gut that could be effecting your spine/back, and cleansing your liver is going to get the hormones smoothed out. Anyway, that's just my opinion... :)Kelli ELIZABETH ELLIOTT [eliz3378] Wednesday, April 07, 2004 1:49 PMherbal remedies Subject: Re: Herbal Remedies - Elizabeth Pain My Oriental Mediciine Doctor thought my ovaries were overactive, not sure exactly waht that means
