Guest guest
It depends on the person and the situation being handled. For a person in fairly good shape, sprouted grain bread in moderation would not hurt for weeks one and two. It would be a "no" for weeks 3 and 4. For a person who is sick or doing an "incurables" I'd strongly recommend against bread or any cooked food for that matter. This is one of those areas that needs to be adjudicated per individual. IE. If a person was very overweight, I'd have them come off of the bread. Get the idea. It is a personal programming problem.
