Thanks Sylvia...ME TOO.. Can't shake the room spinning everytime I move my head... they say the more I move the better....well, I'm moving at a snail's pace... it's hard to read haven't goten thru the messages I've missed yet... but time heals all (so they say) lol

But ya can't keep an ole' girl down.... I tried to make some total tonic today...I broke the blender...ever try to "mix" the ingredients (llike a cake)...doesn't work.

It might not kick the dizziness out, but it'll definitely help you forget it for a while!!
