Heather,

Does he snore??? My mother swears by those "nose bandaids" ... She has sinus problems.. (I'm trying to convert her)... but at nite she can't breathe if her sinuses are really bad... She says these work wonders and she sleeps thru the nite.. might try them.

Here is a combo you can try.

Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis), Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), A mix of these herbs as a tea or encapsulate might work...

How about some exercise before the hot shower and bedtime??

Suzi,

Yes he has trouble with his sinuses...has had two operations and within a year he's right back where he started from. He knows all about mucus foods and usually he follows a good diet. It's funny the nights he's not stuffy that's the night he will snore! ( I wear earplugs a lot!!) Tonight he's taking the Melatonim....and I will look for the bandaids for the nose.

I can't figure it out some night he doesn't snore at all and other night's it sounds like there's a freight train running through our bedroom LOL
