Guest guest Posted March 23, 2008 Report Share Posted March 23, 2008 Better sleep way is sleeping on the right side and the worst on the back or abdomen and sleep on the left side harms the heart Sleep on the daytime is physical detriment and spoil the color of the skin and brings laziness and weaken Lust ,except at noon is a good sleeping , and the worst which be at the first day And sleep in the sun is bad and more damage to sleep person between the sun and Umbrosity and the sleep at the sunset time is also bad best wishes.
