Guest guest
Does anyone know of the ratio that calcium and magnesium are suppose to be in? I want to use them for keeping my bones strong (of course), but also as a muscle relaxant for my back (scoliosis). Is there suppose to be D3 in the calcium? Is there a product that contains all of this? Jennifer

I'm a woman in my fifties, and I haven't found one product to satisfy my needs, at this point I have Osteopenia, I have Osteoporosis in my immediate family, and I don't want the bone deterioration to get any further along than it is. I'm presently taking on a daily basis, Calcium/Magnesium Citrate 1:1 ratio, Magnesium Malate, Vitamin D-3, and vitamin K2. I feel these supplements address all my bone health needs, and I have my husband take them also. Jean
