Guest guest
Put some prunes in a little water with lemon slces. Cook till soft. Remove pits. pour over the top some cream made for whipping. this will work on even stubborn cases. Tastes good too. Also unfiltered apple juice from an organic source such as Trader Joe's . a glass full several times a day should keep bowels open. If all else fails try an enema which can be bought at any drug store specifically for children. Drinking lots of water and eating raw fruits helps, plums especially if they can be obtained. Baby food plums are an alternative. These foods and juices should be given daily to prevent the problem. love, cecile
Guest guest
Water and Fibre are the key. Pear juice. Camomile tea, can mix with juice. Go lightly with the binder foods, rice & bananas... , " cecile " <RSchl44964 wrote: > > Put some prunes in a little water with lemon slces.
