Guest guest
Does anyone know of a food that helps this? I have prevacid, gas x, etc., but I'm sure some foods would help this and not have the side effects of the medicines- thanks alot

A cup of peppermint or ginger tea after dinner might also help. And if you are really serious, consider digestive enzymes. Guest guest
I second the digestive enzymes. I suffered from GERD/Esophageal Reflux for years with a change in eating habits and digestive enzymes...I no longer have this problem. Tiare. Guest guest
Massaging the Valve of Houston and Illeocecal Valves will also help with gas pain and abdomenal pain. To locate them..place your thumbs in your belly button, spread your fingers outwards toward the hips. The area under the palms is where those valves are. Massage in a circular motion several times. This should reduce or eliminate the pain. Guest guest
Look at oyur diet and cut out any sweeteners and anything that is " artifical or processed " . Do a detox. You can purchase them at the store, or you can do it yourself by cutting out all " white foods " ie sugar, rice, yeast, etc. Concentrate on eating alkaline foods (all vegetables, fruits that are local to your area),nuts, fish, some meat. , " cecile " <RSchl44964 wrote: > > ---Fennel would help in a tincture, also chamomile tea.Fennel is also > available in it's natural form as a green leafy vegetable that tastes > like licorice. love, Cecile ***************************************** > ********************************************************************* > In , " doglover894 " <doglover894@> > wrote: > > > > Does anyone know of a food that helps this?
