Guest guest
Help...I have impingment syndrome which seems to be the result of poor posture and a torn rotator cuff. I am looking for exercises etc. to correct this impingment problem. It causes constant pain and numbness in my arm and shoulder especially when I'm trying to ensure proper posture. Any help is appreciated.
Guest guest
You can try this yoga stretch at this link. If you can't reach hands together, you can use a towel to grasp to make up the difference. http://www.yogajournal.com/poses/689 Jeana , " ot2lady " <sjraymont wrote: > > Help...I have impingment syndrome which seems to be the result of poor > posture and a torn rotator cuff.
