Reiki is a system of natural healing the positively affects the whole person.?

Through the channeling of universal life force energy Reiki assists in aligning

and balancing every level of being-integrating the physical, emotional, mental

and spiritual facets of ourselves.? Reiki also known as the Usui System of

Natural Healing was developed in Japan during the last century and has been

practiced in this country for more than five decades.

This first level training class included attunement to the Reiki energy,

instruction in the basic guidelines, principles and methods of Reiki hand

positions for use in treating yourself or others, practice sessions and

meditations.

The Reiki I level course will guide you through

?????? What Reiki is and how it works

 

?????? The five?principles of Reiki

 

 

?????? Demonstration and practice time to give complete Reiki treatments to

others and oneself

 

?????? Study of the aura and the chakras

 

?????? Exercises in meditation: developing intuitive ability and chakra

balancing

You will receive a certificate of completion, a Reiki I training manual,

meditation tapes, and Reiki music.
