Guest guest
I've got the flu - the dry cough (that's the worst), body aches, fever. I'm looking for any home remedies for this - I have buckled and have been taking Robitussin for this awful cough. Anything you can share to help me get over this (and quickly), I would appreciate it. Thanks, Paula
Guest guest
MMS is deadly against flu and colds in my experience. It will yield some relief within four hours and leave you without symptoms within 24 hours. Its a miracle :0)
Guest guest
At the beginning of a flu take Echinacea for 5 days, stop 5 days then continue 5 days. Also take Mega Vitamin C complex with Zinc. It will shorten the flu illness. Diane

Guest guest
For the cough, try B & T Homeopathic Cough and Bronchial Syrup. You should be able to find it at health food stores or stores like Whole Foods (in the U.S.). It works miracles. There is a daytime and nighttime version - both are worth getting. The day version will help break that up so you can get rid of it; the night will help calm it so you can get some sleep. Guest guest
I have now switched over to using Oil Of Oregano for colds, flue etc - I take i2 4 times a day, along with a lot of Vit c and some zinc. I also use Kold Kare which you can get a most health food stores, or order off line. Lots of fluids of course and if congestion in the head then long hot showers or baths, to get an extra circulation of your blood and hence an extra cleansing of germs, not too mention it will usually help you breathe better for a while. Guest guest
oscillococcunum is PERFECT .. If you start taking it in the first day or two. We always have it on hand and have never had the flu more than a few hours. -- Michelle Cannon
